1. Identity of the Data Controller
Your personal data will be processed by Ersa Proje İnşaat Taahhüt San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ("Ersa Proje" or "the Company") as the data controller, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), for the purposes and scope stated below.
2. Method and Legal Basis for the Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data is collected entirely or partially through automated means (website contact/application forms, email, telephone, physical business cards, etc.).
Legal grounds for seizure:
The condition stated in Article 5, paragraph 2 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data) is that "the processing of data must be necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject."
The condition stated in Article 5, paragraph 2 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data) is that "the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to the contract is necessary provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract."
